Growing up in earthquake country in Chile turned a childhood curiosity about buildings into a career. Rodrigo leads production and client work at MGE, with seventeen years across residential, commercial, and heavy industrial projects and deepest expertise in structural steel.

Cybil Miller, PE, PMP
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER · CO-OWNER
Inspired by her father's work in construction and a love of mathematics, Cybil brings seventeen years spanning heavy industrial and residential design, with particular strength in steel design and the structural life-extension of steel, concrete, and wood structures. She leads quality review and project management discipline at the firm.
