The Team
Who We Are

Cybil Miller, PE, PMP
Principal Engineer | Co-Owner
Cybil grew up watching her father leave before sunrise and come home near dusk with his concrete mixer attached to the back of his old pickup. Seeing him rinse out the mixer and spray off his boots each evening piqued her curiosity in the construction trade. Combined with her love of math, Cybil knew Civil engineering was the path to fulfill her passion and curiosity. Being the eldest of four children also instilled in Cybil a natural ability to lead. She enjoys approaching each project as a puzzle that can be organized and solved. Throughout her 17 years in heavy industrial projects and residential design, Cybil has varied experience with an emphasis in structural steel and reinforced concrete. Cybil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida. She also holds a Project Management Professional certification.
Rodrigo Gonzalez, PE
Principal Engineer | Co-Owner
Growing up in Santiago, Chile, Rodrigo started his love of engineering by playing with LEGO bricks to build all sorts of structures alongside his younger brother. This served as a first step to ignite his intellectual curiosity and fascination of how large structures are built and how they function. Also, living in a highly seismic region and experiencing firsthand a few earthquakes, Rodrigo's interest in learning more about how buildings behave only grew stronger. He considers himself a problem-solver first and seeks to always deepen his knowledge in the structural field to better serve his clients. With 17 years of structural engineering experience including residential, commercial, and heavy industrial projects, Rodrigo has acquired expertise in providing solutions to a wide range of structural problems for various types of structures. Rodrigo has his highest expertise in structural steel, but he is also knowledgeable in wood/timber, masonry, concrete, foundations, finite element analysis, among others. Rodrigo obtained his BS in civil engineering from Florida International University and MS in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
